Can’t wait to see Romney argue against ACA now, since it was based on the Mass law. His only fig leaf was the constitutionality. Now that that’s been striped away, he’ll look like John Kerry; he was for it before he was against it!

Romney can still argue the mandate was unconstitutional because the Court said it is under the Commerce Clause and, if you paid attention, that was his point in the debates.

The Court accepts it as a tax power which is the opposite of what "constitutional law professor" (/s) Obama told the People when it was debated.

I can't help your so full of hatred for Romney that you're willfully blind and deaf to reality.
