ANYTHING coercive can now be enforced by taxation. And you don’t even have to say it’s a tax and pay a political price, because the Supreme Court will deem it a tax after you’ve passed it. Do you really think the people who ignore politics, representing most of the swing vote, will know the Court is calling this a tax?
