I don’t think anyone has read then entire bill. Look how contraception funding came out of the blue?

My Congressman (Phil Roe who is an MD in real life) claims to have read it all. He also mentioned that there are thousands of pages of regulations already written off the so called law. He did not claim to have read all that,
