Chicken fat in the soup. Mmmmmmmmmmm, good fer ya. Any good Kosher soup has an ‘abundanza’ of *schmaltz*; I’m a ‘recovering Methodist’, but know from whence I speak, having worked in NYC for 20yrs (70s & 80s). Gosh, I miss those Jewish Delis! LOL.
