Yup. Scalia feels strongly about this!!! Some saying he read an angry statement, but is it a criticism from the Dums or an objective observation? Don't know.

I knew of his statement from the live ScotusBlog and that Scalia was making a copy available to the press.

What took so long for a link? It's still hard to find.

It sent a tingle up my leg when I read it. :-)

BTW: In the full court opinion, Thomas also wrote a dissenting opinion. I haven't read it yet.:
