Single payer commie care will never pass Congress. They will have to go back to the drawing board and alter the bill in some way to make it financially viable both for private insurers and for those who purchase health care plans.

The only way Obamacare had a prayer of working was the individual mandate. Without that, it is worthless and even Democrats know that.

My recollection is that the act originally had a severability clause, but since it couldn't be funded without full participation, the severability clause was deleted, because if the mandate was not upheld, Congress wouldn't support it with the severability clause included. Am I correct?

If I am, it seems to me that Congress' intent was clearly to void the bill if the mandate isn't upheld. And if that is the case, the USSC should really look to Congress' intent, and void the entire bill if they hold the mandate to be unconstitutional.

Is my interpretation correct?

It would pass if every private insurance company quit offering health ins.

All the RATS have to do is refuse to overturn the rest of it and that would happen. If the RATS control anything you can bet your a$$ that is what they will do.
