The present POTUS and his administration has done anything and everything to circumvent, isolate, and marginalize the laws of the nation and the Constitution.
Oblunder and his minions have been the worst thing to happen to the country, and if you 'Romney Haters, Inc' don't realize a can of peaches in the WH would be better than we have now, you are just helping the Oblunder Gang destroy what is left of America.
You can whine, gnash your teeth, wring your hands, and cry and moan, but the fact is we have a candidate, while not what we'd LIKE to see, is 1000 times better for the nation than what we have now.
I don't like it any more than you do, but there comes a point when you have to man-up and look at what IS happening, and what could happen in a second Oblunder term.
