In the last 10 or 15 years Hollywood action movies began depicting sparks igniting when bullets hit concrete, bricks, automobiles, etc. If it happens it’s rare.
Hollyweird special effects pyrotechnics, only. In 55yrs of shooting, I’ve never seen it happen w/ lead or copper rounds.
