it PLAINLY shows that the REVELATION of JESUS being the Messiah is the ROCK; no matter what your church wants it to be. Amen. Peter did not die on the cross for anyone, and would be astounded that he should ever be 'worshipped'. He was 'just another lost soul' like all the rest of us....until Christ got a hold of him, he believed and accepted Christ through faith.

In fact Peter did die on the cross - upside down by request out of respect for his Savior - sacrificing as a witness to his flock of faith in Christ.
