Sotomayor seems to be showing loyalty to Roberts and voted with the majority. Kagan is another Ginsburg.Sotomayor might be (somewhat) of a pleasant surprise (of course anyone nominated by the Kenyan who isn't hard core Marxist would be a pleasant surprise).
Kagan is hopeless.
