Bad for whom? Us or the Dems? If you say bad for us, I am afraid you might be right. Everyone seems to be convinced that the Supremes are going to trash Obamacare and the Arizona law — I’m less convinced.

I think the Arizona law may survive, but my gut feeling on Obamacare is that they are not going to strike down the mandate. I am not sure how they will justify it, but they won’t.

I do, however, expect a very strongly worded dissent from Justice Scalia.

I agree totally, I have always said that they may remove the mandate and pass it on to the states to institute as a tax, or some other devious method.

If they intended to overturn it, why did they let this administration spend 100's of billions of our tax dollars to begin the implementation of this travesty. (Boehner refused to defund it as well) They could have reached down and picked this up anytime they wanted.

Evil is alive and well, God help us all.
