Interesting contrast here.

George Zimmerman, a man with zero convictions, who gave full cooperation to the Police, who had obvious injuries and was defending himself, has bond set at $150,000.

The Spokane gentleman had 25 adult convictions, a recent jail escape, and was arrested for selling heroin, was apparently released without paying any bond.

That's a very good point, it's also indicative of the ultra liberal makeup of the 9th Circus District. They voted this Magistrate Judge into her position and it seems she reflects that same liberal bent.
