Holder. They were provided by the whistleblower — but they can’t use them because of the way the whistleblower obtained them. Congress has to get stuff “by the book”.

Oh yeah, I'm a sure as I can be that the Democrats would hold off using whistleblower e-mails because they're not "by the book" if the shoe was on the other foot. Why, I can just imagine Nancy Pelosi admonishing Henry Waxman for even thinking about using leaked e-mails against a Republican President, especially if those e-mails were direct confirmation that the Attorney General had lied to congressional investigators.

That’s the difference between them and us. For us, unethical behavior is shameful; for them, it’s a resume enhancer.

I figure Issa, et al., have enough aces up their sleeve to bring an end to Holder’s career. It seems they’re giving him every opportunity to do the right thing and help himself. They still don’t “get it”; dems never do the right thing.
