You are correct. When I see a group of utes in their “fresh whites”. In downtown Chicago, I automatically cross the street to put distance between me and them. They don’t belong there, they are there for trouble. Period. It’s way past time that we in America call the black”leaders” out on this. Lets call a spade a spade....or something like that...
