Hyperbole!

What are you saying? You don’t have a problem with RINOs getting on the bench? I don’t care who it is. We get screwed everytime. I never saw a Democrat name a Justice and they turn conservative but Reagan, Bush I named Justices who became liberal. Maybe you don’t have a problem with it and find it hyperbole or whatever but I don’t.

I'd prefer not to have any David Souter types on the bench. But your statement that Republican Presidents are just as bad if not worse than the Democratic Presidents when picking Justices is hyperbolic.

Bush I appointed one excellent juastice (Thomas) to go along with the Souter disaster. Can you name me even one decent justice any Democrat president since JFK has appointed?
