How is it possible a Supreme Court Justice is basically voting ‘present’ on a decision. Who does she think she is, B. Hussein Obama?

Kagan had to recuse herself since she helped the administration fight S.B 1070 as Solicitor General prior to her nomination.

“Kagan had to recuse herself since she helped the administration fight S.B 1070 as Solicitor General prior to her nomination”

And, of course, was up to her fat eyeballs on ObummerCare as Solicitor General but refused to recuse on that one. And the spineless Republicans would not make an issue of it.

Which, of course, didn't stop "Justice Pat" from keeping a vote on DeathCare.

Under that logic she should have refused herself from the Obamacare case as she defended it as well.
