If they know a young person is in the country illegally, because their parents brought them here illegally; then, can we deport the parents, because obviously they are in the country illegally?

I had also wondered, since we do that chain immigration thing, that if the children get a green card for free, would the parents then be able to apply as relatives of the “legal” family member?
