Texas father kills man trying to sexually assault daughter, police say

We need justice for folks like Jesus Mora Flores. He was just a "kid" who wanted to make this country a destination for talent and ingenuity from all over the world! I am sure Jesus Mora Flores was a hardworking, responsible young immigrant who had grown up here or received advanced degrees here; and should have been given the right to vote this November. In fact, I hope his vote is counted this election anyway, even though he is now dead, because every vote matters. Instead of being murdered Trayvon-style by this typical White person, Jesus Mora Flores should have had the chance to become an American citizens, so that he could help grow our economy and start new businesses right here instead of someplace else. I am asking Attorney General Holder to launch a Justice Dept probe into the murder of this Hispanic man, who clearly had his civil rights violated.

Interesting thing to note, in reference to the Trayvon case: this father didn’t mean to kill the guy. He just beat him with his hands, and the guy died. No gun involved.

Even if a person doesn’t MEAN to kill you, if they start beating your head you are in danger for your life.

The eyewitness testimony that Trayvon was banging Zimmerman’s head on the concrete, coupled with the injuries to Zimmerman’s head, are all the evidence necessary to decide that Zimmerman is innocent. Doesn’t matter who started it; at that point Zimmerman’s life was in danger and lethal force was justifiable.
