YES

Funny how EVERYONE in our CONGRESS and COURTS, overlooking such a little “technicality” as obama’s eligibility for office, opened a yawning breach in the entire system of law and government based on the Constitution

When one asks 'who is responsible to see that the Constitution is abided', it becomes glaringly obvious that 500 plus oath takers are openly violating their oaths to uphold OUR Constitution.

In such an environemnt of treachery there is nothing the Constitution prohibits that cannot be instituted, like an EO to grant amnesty to a selection of the illegal immigrants while ignoring the other illegal immigrants not named in the EO. But I doubt black voters will get a clue from this blatant illegality which hurts them perhaps more than any ethnic group in America!

When I raise this notion, some jump in to play alinsky tactics, scoffing that such a large scale conspiracy is a figment of my imagination, that so many cannot be so corrupt and organized to that corruption. But all these scoffers need do is look at what happened in Argentine in the 1990s to see that the congress and scotus can participate in such corruption and do it with impunity. Roberts, Kagan, and Sotomeyer were placed on the SCOTUS for a reason.
