Those koranimals who have told us that "palestinians" are manufactured, but the willfully ignorant plug their ears and keep their eyes shut tight.
There is no cure for insanity :

Cecil Hourani, Oxford-educated, Lebanese in origin, and for a long time adviser to Bourguiba in Tunisia, is truly exceptional in writing that he always had doubts about the wisdom behind the creation of the “Palestinian” resistance movement in 1964 which, he says, ‘time has revealed to be the source of not only of Lebanon’s problems, but also of those of the “Palestinians” themselves.’ Among his Palestinian friends, he adds sadly, he often heard repeated a phrase, ‘the world is ruined, let it be ruined more’ – a neat summation of the anti-social sterility of careerist [muslim] politics.”
