Excuse me, but you don’t know what you are talking about. My son is a trauma surgeon and his fiancee is an O.B. To get where he is today he got a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Purdue (4 years), a medical degree from Indiana University (4 years), a surgical residency (5 years), and a criticalcare fellowship (1 year). If you add it up, that’s 14 years. He and his fiancee have close to $300,000 in student loans between them.

the hospitalists where I work make $200,000...thats for 12 hr days minimally, rotating weekends and holidays....

now, get yourself an education degree, and get a job where you never get sued nor fired, you work 1/2 the year, never a weekend and never a holiday, and the most stress you ever encounter is what grand vacation you'll take on your 12 week vacation in the summer...and you'll end up making $100,000/yr and a guarenteed pension...
