Actually Romney is the presumptive nominee because so called conservatives have been capitulating to liberal Republicans for a long time in the hope some conservative would rise to the top of the heap. All that happened with those votes is solidify in the mind of the GOPe, that they could run liberals, each more liberal than the last,p>I am no longer playing their game.
