Former Penn State assistant coach Mike McQueary told jurors in Jerry Sandusky's sex abuse trial today that he saw his ex-colleague with a boy in an on-campus shower after hearing 'skin-on-skin smacking sounds'.
His account of the night differed little from his appearance in December at a preliminary hearing for Penn State administrators Tim Curley and Gary Schultz.
The one difference: He said the shower encounter took place in 2001 instead of 2002.

I have zero respect for McQuery. He ran to his daddy when he saw the incident. He did act like a little boy instead of a man. Everyone, I mean everyone involved at Penn State in this mess needs to pay in some way. Can’t happen soon enough.
McQuery, left that little boy alone with this monster. Can you imagine the thoughts going through the kids head?? I bet he thought it was over. Slamming a locker don’t do it when you are 6’4” and 230. What a slime ball. Prayers for the kids.
“...having sex with boy in shower...”
No. RAPING boy in shower.
That is SICK. Homo perverts are a blight on society.
Sounds to me like Mike McQueary should be prosecuted too... If he did not report it wouldn’t he be an accessory to the crime?
McQueary... Is that a derivative of McQueery?
McQuery’s hopes for a full time job with Penn State depended on his silence. He is despicable and should be fired with no severance. He abandoned that kid and left the monster to continue.
If I believed in Hell, he’d go there.
11th Commandment—Thou shalt not stand idly by.
He should forever be branded a coward and should always be remembered as such. He has to live with the fact that he allowed this. I pity his family, but he should never be allowed to coach again.
McQuery not only stood idly by, he remained with the Football program. I am inclined to think his silence was purchased with a job on the team.
Think about this; he had to see Sandusky on campus after that giving young kids “campus tours”.
He is complicit in his inaction.
Agreed. He should have called the law instead of staying with protocol.
He was too worried about his own hide.
“Slamming a locker dont do it when you are 64 and 230.”
Consider the difference between McQueary’s response and the Texas dad who beat a man to death upon seeing his daughter being “merely” molested, not actually raped. I haven’t seen statistics on the respective sizes of the dad and the man he killed, but I’m guessing it’s unlikely he was as big as McQueary etc.
Hell exists, whether you believe in it or not.
He’s a disgrace and should be banned from Campus. What? No Cell phone 911?? His testimony in the grand jury report and today’s sequel should be enough to end his coaching career at the very least. No contact with kids. He enabled Jerry Sandusky.
Sandusky slamming his diseased prick into a boys behind is not sex. It is perverted, disgusting rape and he should get exactly what the pervert in Texas got. The death penalty.
That would actually be the 12th. Commandment...but sadly the 11th. has been forgotten by many these days.
Why hasn’t McQuary been indicted? He knew and did nothing. He knew Sandusky was still bringing kids into the locker room. He is complicit in this crime.
It’s evil, pure evil and it continued becuase evil men and women (Sandusky’s wife), did nothing. There are no heros in this story.
That is a question I have asked as well.
I don’t know what the law in Pa is...but in Texas a teacher, coach, clergy person, medical professional, etc. are required by law to report even a hint of molestation to the authorities. Not just a superior.
