I live in central Illinois about 180 miles from Chicago. "Taste of Chicago" should be an event that I would want to take my kids to. As matters stand, you couldn't pay me enough to go to Chicago. Great cultural events happening there along with museums, major league base ball, basket ball and foot ball. Should be a fun place to visit but no thanks. I value my family more than that.
We took the kids to the zoo in St. Louis a week ago, about the same distance as Chicago and witnessed quite enough bad behavior at the zoo from the entitlement crowd.

Not worth it anyway. It’s the same fifty restaurants, year after year after year....
Last time I was at the Museum of Science and Industry, there were groups of elementary age to middle school age kids, just running wild, no discipline, no restraint. Their behavior, and the numbers of them, just ruined the museum experience. Don’t know if they were there with any parents, or any responsible adult. But they just ran wild in there.
Liberals will say I am racist. But, it seems clear that certain types of people are uncivilized. The way they are being raised, or not raised, as the case may be, makes certain of them unfit to be out in public.
Liberals, flame away!!!
