I had to click through to the article to see how old this kid is - he's a freaking 20-year-old alleged adult!
And he's whinging because the judge won't let him go back home to mommy's basement and let him make more threatening phoney phone calls.

If I were the judge and the kid pulled that crap on me, I’d sentence the little twerp to 90 days of water-boarding after each meal.

The order against Shawn Christy was issued in 2010 after he was accused of stalking Palin. It was renewed last year after Palin testified that Christy appeared to be sending a clear signal when he made a one-day visit to Alaska on her February birthday.
Palin also said she feared Christy’s parents because of their claim that she had a sexting relationship with their son in 2009, when he was a teen.

According to Ms. Christy, the root of this fiasco is none other than Willow Palin, Sarah Palin’s second eldest daughter, who made headlines of her own for writing a slur-laden Facebook rant.

"Well, let's make it more rediculous for you then. I find you in contempt and sentence you to twelve more months at the detention facility, to run squestnially after your first sentence."

Only because the prosecution had them dead to rights and they were hoping the court would ameliorate their sentences. If it hadn’t been for that, they would have bragged about it to everyone they met.
