I'd recommend you start doing it on a regular basis...at a range. Unless you're only planning on point blank gunfire.
I take your suggestion seriously.
For now, I’m just getting used to the notion that I have a loaded gun in my house. Granddaughter came to visit last week and I fretted about it, probably needlessly.
But yes, I do, for now, consider that I’d likely use it should someone break into my house, that kind of thing.
But that gun range where I bought the gun was nice. I’m open to using it occasionally lest I forget all I learned.
