The dumb thing is, congress could just increase the quota for legal immigrants from Mexico. But actually teaching them citizenship might make them highly paid republicans rather than democratic plantation slaves.

We could set the minimum wage for illegal aliens at $50 an hour ~ then punish employers with death for failing to pay it.
