Well, here in Penna, the age of consent is 16 so unless there was a threat of violence here, i.e., rape, then the act was consensual. There should have been no case legally.

When you make noises supporting women screwing their male students, think about what that means. It means you can not discriminate against boys, subjecting them to predatory adult sex, you have to have girls treated equally under the law. Further, you can’t discriminate against homo adults, either. If heterosexuals can pork the kiddos, so can homosexuals.

Well, again, if it is at or above the age of consent, then legally, there are no discrimination here. Now if there is coercion to the point of duress, harrassment and/or rape, then it is a prosecutable offense.

It really helps to think past one’s crotch when advocating it to be legal for teachers to use the student body as their sex stables, with a slap on the butt from the pervert management when they get caught.

I tend to lean libertarian although personally, I have a high moral standard, I just think the role of government should be limited in dictating morality. We are schizoid in this country on sexual matters. In some ways, we are way too open, other ways, we are too uptight. Both the libertines and uptighters are too extreme. Sex should be treated naturally and each of us should instill our morals and standards into our children and so on after that and instill our values and reinforce that.

If you're talking about underage kids that are like below the age of puberty and/or age of consent as the case may be, then yes, the law should be applied. I think the age of consent at 16 is a good compromise for all, by that age, we need to be sure we on our own instill values, morals and responsibility into our teenagers and young adults and cross our fingers and hope they make the right decisions. We need to understand the sexual drive as natural and instill self control as well, but there is a time where young birds must fly, so many European countries have age of consent laws as well as us here in the States.

I don't advocate what happened here nor support it, I just think the law is being applied wrongly and their is really no offense here as I stated above. I know myself, I've seen hot teachers too, I remember I was 14 or 15 at the time and my English teacher was hot. She had three Corvettes and looked hot. Sure maybe fantasies have crossed my mind, I don't deny that, raging hormones and all, but I also have values instilled in me where I had self control to where if given the opportunity to act on those fantasies, I would not have.

Second, most states have laws against employers and teachers imposing sex on their underlings because they have power over those underlings to extract sex from them. Adults with power over children have a special and twisted advantage. Pedophiles have manipulating children into sexual “consent” down to a science, actually.

I know from your response to this that you “lean libertarian” as you beleive the world revolves around what each person finds personally acceptable to do to others. That is why I am not a libertarian. The immaturity and stupid of libertarianism is like dealing with wisdom and ethics of children who play in an imaginary world of the lord of the flies.
