Is their child a natural born citizen under the US Constitution?
Under your criteria and under my understanding of the issue, no, the child would not be a natural born citizen as the father was an alien at the time of birth. The child would be a US citizen and would be entitled in all legal matters to all of the rights and protections afforded by the Constitution to a natural born citizen just like every other naturalized citizen.
How might a pretender to the presidency stretch out questions regarding his eligibility as a “natural born citizen” by dribbling out “facts” concerning his birth certificate long enough to be elected president, get through his first term and be re-elected while systematically destroying the country he swore to defend?
