No... they have been a failure. Freezing up in winter... a large percentage lock up due to bearing failure... and storage is the problem. Making electricity using wind will work... storing and transporting that energy for use at a later time or in a different place isn't even close to working. The only reason that any company invests in solar or wind is when THEY CAN INVEST OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY... OUR FUTURE TAX REVENUE... BORROWED FROM OURSELVES OR THE CHICOMS... IOW WHEN WE ALL PAY FOR IT!

OUR FUTURE TAX REVENUE...Better that ~$410M/year of nominal "tax revenue" be diverted as a tax credit to an industry that produces energy from American wind and supports tens of thousands of America jobs and farms, than have it squandered by Fedzilla.

If wind can be successful in the private sector without government assistance... I am all for it. I do not want any further government interference/spending in the energy sector. Government can’t get governing correct and they certainly fail in every other endeavor. government is the problem and NEVER the answer.

I do not want any further government interference/spending in the energy sector.Removing ALL tax credits/benefits/subsidies and unnecessary regulation on the ENTIRE energy sector would truly make it a level playing field, and I'd be all for that.

I love the use of the word “Even”.
He is was and always will be a statist pig. Mitt should throw the fat jerk under the metaphorical bus.
