Apparently the FBI operates independent of DOJ oversight, because no way in Hell that Holder would allow this.
Director of FBI Mueller is a Bush appointee and a Marine (platoon commander in Vietman) and most assuredly sees and disapproves of what is going on at DOJ and White House.
