Meaningless. Republican areas need a certain amount of turnout to make up the heavy Democrat cities of Madison,Milwaukee, Wausau and Oshkosh. These areas are NOT producing what is needed.

These areas are NOT producing what is needed. You haven't been paying attention. Waukesha County alone is expecting turnout to reach or exceed 75%, which would be an all-time record.

Maybe what you fail to take into account is the Tea Party folks that may not be registered Repubs. I don't know for sure because I don't live there, but if folks can register as anything other than R or D then you can bet your @ss that Tea folks are;
1). Motivated
2).Voting
3). Heavily favoring Mr. Walker
