LCR is going to jump with .38 Special.
LCP would better IMHO.
To: Clint N. Suhks
I never even tried the LCR.
Recoil on an air weight 38 special sucks.
Gotta LC9. I like it a lot.

LC9 looks like a great deal for weigh and size and price. But I don’t need one with the SOLO.
I don’t have a .380 and at 10oz the LCP looks like a comfortable carry.

Believe everything you hear about the trigger on this baby (Ruger LCR .357). Very smooth for double action.
Shot some .357 145gr Silvertips thru it and ouch!.., controllable, but not pleasant. A very smooth shooter with 38 +p.

I just decided to give my newly wed daughter a Mossberg 20 gage bolt action I inherited from my dad. I totally refurbished it from one end to the other. At the wedding, her new grampa in law told me she was a gun nut. I had let her shoot several of my guns, but did not know she was such a gun lover.

The LC9 trigger is very smooth but long.

Got a BBQ report? Just got done with a couple of Greek pinwheels from Central Market. Yumm..... doesn't do it justice. Grilled something they "called" sweetcorn, but it wasn't quite right....almost.

No way I’d shoot .357 out of that. Ouch!
.38 Special out of my 360 Scandium is uncomfortable enough.

LCR is going to jump with .38 Special.Indeed. I tried one at the range last year. IT shot very nicely, but stung my hand for sure.
To: smokingfrog
Nice, but not as nice as a CETME at $350
Just take a feeler gauge when you look at the CETME to check the bolt gap.
I look for .011 to .013
