No one saw what intigated the interaction, witness saw tow man fighting on the ground. Isn’t it hust possible that zimmerman shoved or pushed Martin initially? The reality is that we will never know what happened. Zimmerman is no hero.
No -- the witnesses saw the black man on top pummelling the guy underneath. The forensic evidence identifies the one on the concrete being pummelled as Zimmerman. There is no doubt about that.

That's possible but not likely. A shoving or pushing match would be relatively harmless. Who then raised the stakes and turned it into a fistfight??? Why would Zimmerman who is 7 inches shorter and likely to lose any physical encounter start something with someone so much bigger??? Even a couple of inches is enough to make you back off.
The reality is that we will never know what happened.
We know enough to know that Trayvon was violently beating him before he was shot, and if that's the case then Zimmerman does not belong in jail.
