I have noticed that, too. Use to be a great show... couples or singles finding a home. I have seen the “new” couples as two gals or two guys. The guys are the “lisping, weak wristed ones”, too. HGTV, IMHO, has always had a large % of gays. If you think about it, five or ten years back... you could name the shows with them. Now you have to think about what shows DON’T have them.
I had joked to my wife in the past that HGTV was ESPN for gay men....apparently I wasn’t that far off....
