Barry/Barack is going to dump crazy Joe Biden and replace him with his wife.

Does the Constitution prohibit this? I don't believe it does. The Founding Fathers anticipated a lot, but assumed the electorate would retain a modicum of sense.

If this were to happen, we'd be so t'urd world!

The Constitution doesn’t say a husband and wife can’t be POTUS & VPOTUS. It does say that the President and Vice President can’t be from the same state. I do believe that Barry and Moochelle are both residents and citizens of Illinois.
