It is about the taxes per bottle- if people buy two instead of one - the city will win.
I hope NYC doesn’t crack - it is a fun place and I have a 20 year old daughter there who adores the place. She lives just above Canal Street.
Real diversity is there - the Dutch set the tone just right- so great to shop in a non Mall setting - it is pure joy - and I hate to shop!!
