Indeed. I think most informed, sane, people believe the FFA to be in violation, not only of the 2nd Amendments proscription against government infringement on our inherent right to keep and bear arms, but also in violation of the principles in which our Founding Fathers fervently believed. I think that's supposed to be NFA; FFA is Firearms Freedom Act which is an attempt in several states to assert State powers and deny "interstate commerce" applies to firearms/accessories produced & sold in-state.
