From what is demonstrated in all of the videos, there was absolutely no probable cause to make that arrest. In my opinion, that Marine has a case for a false arrest suit.

This clip showing how he would debated the union supporters would be great to get even more notice. It shows greater context. He was alone, surrounded, yet he kept his cool, and boy did he have his facts to back his arguments.
The cop arresting him should be shown in contrast to how the cops let the demonstators last year destroy and occupy the state capitol building.
How incredibly brave this man was to stand up for our right to assemble and protest. Even after his personal history of being harassed, he showed up to fight some more. Bravo Marine!
