Am 60 right now and own hundreds of acres on several different pieces of property here is this state, so I pay plenty of taxes to the State of Texas. Born here and grew up in Austin.

My great-great grandfather George Durham was Mayor of Austin, Texas in 1852. He is buried in the the old Oakwood Cemetery near downtown Austin, my dad and the former french Cemetery.

Durham’s wife was the daughter of Gideon Lincecum, the famous Texas naturalist who moved to Texas in 1848.

You inferring I don’t have an opinion on what type of Texan Perry is?

Uhh? What does your lineage have to do with what type of Texan Perry is or for that matter what kind of Texan you are?
Austin? "Berkley on the Brazos" you didn't do yourself any favors there.
Perry's a politician, his policies and opinions change quicker than the wind direction so to have an opinion about him is foolish. I think Perry is just an old "dirt farmer" that's way out of his league but he's still more Texan than the clowns that try to put us in a box.
Tell you what Mr uber-Texan. Get a 2 or 3 year old truck and take a tour of the "Rustbelt" then get back to me.
