I'm glad Rush brought up the Soviet wheat harvest figures as an analogy. very accurate and apt comparison--why I refer to gubmint bureaucrats as The Ministry of Truth. What ever the gubmint says, that's what truth is, regardless whether it conforms to anything in reality.
