Daddy, Where Were You in June, 2012?

The month of June, 2012 is about to dawn. The next 30 days will encompass a series of important events as only very few months in our country’s history have witnessed. These events, while as different as snowflakes, will intertwine in a way that will make their effects magnified in a manner that few can foresee today.

Our country is in the midst of an important election season. In November, a President will be elected, one third of Senators will be elected, and all 435 members of the House will be elected. Additionally, there will be countless elections in the 50 states, from Governor down to Councilman, as well as many referenda in which the people’s voice will be expressed. We are proud of the electoral process in our country; it has served us well over our history and its peaceful transitions of power are the envy of the rest of the world.

But like the bright colors chasing each other around a candy cane, there will be major events occurring in June, 2012 that will determine the future of the entire nation. Decisions made over the next month have the potential of affecting every single American. In a very real way, these events will determine the political landscape of America for decades to come. These events will affect the very nature of our freedoms and of our government, delineating how we, our children, our grandchildren and our posterity will live out their collective destiny.

How can this be possible? How can the events in one single month be so important and be so far-ranging, that every American would be touched by them? The answer is not difficult.

There are three events that will occur in the next 30 days whose results will reverberate across the land we love. The three events are these:

2. Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s press conference on the questions concerning the background of Barack Obama, scheduled for mid June.

The events just described appear unrelated on the surface. Yet, they each speak to a potential political revolution which will forever change the way we view our freedoms, our government and our Constitution. Together, they represent a fork in the road of American history, a point which, once passed either onto one path or the other, will set in motion a series of events that will not be reversible. The severity of the ramifications can be debated; the importance of their confluence is undeniable.

In normal times, the effect of any one of these decisions alone would be monumental and game-changing in nature. Having the three of them occurring in a period of the next 30 days will have a cumulative, multi-dimensional effect on life as we now know it in today’s America.

The first decision point, in the State of Wisconsin, will determine whether labor unions and special interest groups will continue to enjoy the inordinate amount of power they have possessed over the government and the public resources of Wisconsin, to the point of bankrupting the State. A very courageous Governor, Scott Walker, has charted a different course for his State. This course will provide financial accountability and stability, restoring for the people of Wisconsin the rightful control of their own resources. This course bucks the headwinds of decades of corruption, union influence, and cronyism which have diverted the wealth of one State into the hands of a relatively small group of public servants. If the people of Wisconsin fail to act in their own best interest, Governor Walker will be removed, and the political policies of the opposition will change the power dynamic from the many to the few. If that happens, such brave initiatives in other states will be forever quashed, and the already corrupt influence of the unions and special interest groups will no longer be able to be contained or thwarted. Wisconsin is a bellwhether, a political Gettysburg, a place of contention that will determine if people will remain free or if they will become the unwilling servants of greedy public unions, which will appropriate every last public resource of the citizenry in the pursuit of the aggrandizement of their own members. A victory for the people here will begin a chain of similar events on other states, spreading freedom from financial enslavement far and wide. Likewise, a defeat will spread like a wildfire, with states falling like dominoes set in motion. Unions will consolidate existing power, and will be unstoppable in their quest for even more.

The second decision point will be the press conference scheduled for mid-June by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona. This press conference will be a follow-up with new revelations concerning the background of Barack Obama, the current President of the United States, to a press conference held in March of this year. At issue is the veracity of various common documents, held by most everyday Americans, but which are questionable concerning the President. An allegedly forged long-form birth certificate, an allegedly forged Selective Service registration, and the possession of a Social Security number belonging to a person long deceased, and which does not pass the widely used E-Verify test, are all in question. Additional information has supposedly been unearthed in a subsequent investigation, which has reached all the way to the shores of Hawaii, the President’s declared birthplace. It has already been revealed that the publisher representing Mr. Obama in 1991, 1998, and 2007 published a brief biography saying that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii. This was never corrected or disavowed by Mr. Obama over that 16 year period. Since his father was a British citizen, the eligibility of Obama to even be the President, or to be eligible for re-election on the basis not being a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution, is also in question. The entire life story of Obama, which has not been fully revealed, is now in conflict by his own admission and his identifying documents which many have questioned. Depending on the extent of what is revealed, a Constitutional crisis will descend upon the nation. The truthfulness of Obama, the definition of what constitutes a natural born citizen for the purposes of eligibility for the Office of the President, whether the President has been involved in personal fraud, and/or in the collective fraud of the people of America, the failures of the government and the national press to adequately ask and answer such questions in 2008 and again in 2012—all these things have the potential to create a political crisis of a dimension seldom witnessed in American history. Whether the current populace and their political leaders have the will and the character needed to find the truth and to deal with the consequences will set a course for this nation that will forever change it, for good or for ill. The reverberations from this press conference will begin a series of events that will settle the questions concerning the Chief Executive once and for all, setting precedent for the future.

The third decision point will be the judgment of the Supreme Court concerning whether Obamacare is Constitutional or not. The notion of the individual mandate in the law, which ascribes to the government a new power to force a citizen to purchase a product as a condition of his or her liberty, if upheld, will forever change the balance of power in America between the Federal government and the people. If such a power is granted, there will be no limit to what the Federal government can decree a citizen must do or what product must be purchased, or what product must be imbibed, as a condition of personal liberty. No longer will rights be unalienable as has been decreed by the Founders since 1776. Henceforth, all rights will be a function of grant by the government, thereby eliminating any quant notion of individual liberty granted to a free people by Almighty God Himself. If Obamacare is upheld as Constitutional, the very nature of America and its freedom is forever redefined, in favor of the bureaucracy. Additionally, all health decisions will no longer be within the power of the citizen to be determined, but wholly within the purvey of a central, unelected and faceless bureaucracy, a concept completely alien to America.

Will unions and special interest groups control public resources to their gain at the expense of the citizenry?

Will the President’s questionable past and identifying documents reveal whether a sitting President is even eligible to occupy the Oval Office?

Will the Federal government be granted new and sweeping powers to compel purchases of products and make decisions affecting the health and life of every single American, or will America retain freedoms granted by God?

The course of the next thirty days will determine how the citizens of America will live, and whether they will retain their freedoms. It is incumbent on all patriots of this present day to engage in the national debate, as will all bear the outcome of these events. As the patriots of 1776 were known to do, we must enlist the help of God, who endowed them and us with unalienable rights, granted by Him alone, and not granted as a favor by any government or sovereign. The battle is not just political, but it is also spiritual in nature. America was begun and consecrated in prayer to the Almighty, by men used to being directed by Him. Any subsequent crisis must be attended to in the same manner.For without His blessing, our house will not stand.

Every generation of Americans has faced a test of national will and character. Our test is upon us. We will choose whether the events of June, 2012 will mean the end of America, or whether it will mean a new birth of freedom for its people and their posterity. The aid of the Almighty must be central to our efforts to retain the freedoms He granted to us, for without it we will fail to deliver to our children and grandchildren the freedoms we inherited from those who came before. The power of prayer, so central to the history of our nation, is the power upon which we, in this present hour, must rely.

The time of choosing is upon us. How will our generation of American patriots be described in the future? How will we answer the question that will be asked in years yet to come: Daddy, where were you in June, 2012?

May God continue to bless and protect the Untied States of AMerica, and help its people to choose wisely.

Thank You for not turning away from our wayward nation, but in Your mercy, seeing fit to give us another example of liberty, which comes from You.

Event No. 1 of 3 for June, 2012 is now history. A whole new dynamic in American politics starts tomorrow. We have hope to continue the restoration of America to greatness.

Event No. 2, the Arpaio press conference will take place in mid-June.

Event No. 3, the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare, will take place by the end of June.

Freepers, be in prayer for these two events, as they will affect the fate of America.

Well, we are halfway through this momentous month.

We still await item 2 Sheriff Joe’s press conference, and he and Mark Zullo have submitted affadavits in the Florida eligibilty case, and are being subpoened to testify.

We also await item 3 which is the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare. This will come not later than June 29th, two Fridays from now.

Today we once again witnessed our ineligible President illegally executing an un-Consitutional order.

The gauntlet has been laid down.

We must not be summer patriots.

Pray hard always. Obama may want to transform America, but God still wants to use America.

As we have seen in the last 15 days, forces and events are converging against the man known as Barack Obama. The tide is turning.

Continue to pray for His guiding hand to preserve this great nation.

Since my last post to this thread on June 15th, we have witnessed amazing things.

The Attorney General of the United States has been held in contempt by Congress, the first Attorney General and first Cabinet Member ever to so held. His Justice Department is refusing to do their job according to their oath of office and prosecute the Attorney Gneral.

Item No. 2 of the three events—the Sheriff Joe Arpaio press conference on the President’s life documents has not been held yet, being rescheduled until July.

Item No. 3 of the three events-—the Supreme Court decison on Obamacare’s constutionality, became a reality yesterday, on June 28, 2012. the Court held that although the individual mandate could not be upheld under the Commerce Clause of the Necessary and Proper Clause, the penalty for not buying insurance was not a penalty as the people had been told—it was, in reality , a tax, and as such was under the authority of Congress to pass such a tax. This opinion cheered the Left and the Obama Administration, and totally floored the Right and Conservatives. No one can believe the Court acted in such a fashion to rewrite a law instead of judging whether it was Constitutional or not.The worst cut of all was the treachery of the Chief Justice John Roberts who completely twisted into a legal pretzel to uphold the law in one of the most convoluted perverse rulings ever in the Court’s history.

Now an epic battle is shaping up to repeal Obamacare.

Although Event No. 1—the vote in Wisconsin on June 5th— left us euphoric, the decision of the Chief Justice and the Court on Event No. 3—Obamacare-— knocked the winds out of our sails.

Event No. 2—the press conference of Obama’s document investigation is yet to be held.

Tomorrow, this momentous month in the history of America will end leaving us the following:

1. A victory for Scott Walker and the people of Wisconsin over union and special interests which would bankrupt the State.

2. A President issuing an amnesty for over 800,000 people who are not citizens, nor were born here under the 14th Amendment—a completely lawless act.

3. Another Supreme Court decision has allowed the President to completely take away any responsibility to protect one state of the Union-Arizona—refusing to uphold immigration laws or to enforce the border in that State, setting up a Constitutional crisis.

4. For the first time in our history, the Attorney General of the United States, a sitting Cabinet member has been held in contempt of Congress.The DOJ staff charged with pursuing the contempt citation have completely ignored their duty to prosecute on behalf of Congress and willingly and lunlawfully have refused to do so. Democrat legislators walked out of the vote in another photo op under the color racism to attempt to hamper any investigation of the Attorney General.

5. The Supreme Court has now given Congress an unlimited taxing power, even over INACTIVITY. Now we subjects and serfs can be taxed for NOT doing something. The Supreme Court failed to be the backstop over a tremendous overreach of Federal power. Even worse, they worked to rewite horribly bad legislation in order to “save” it. This level of treachery is unmatched in our history, as it directly affects every man, woman and child in the country.

6. The increasing lawlessness of the President and his entire Administration is creating a Consitutional crisis, the likes of which we have not seen in our lifetimes.

7. The future of America may very well come to rest on a press conference to be held by a Sheriff in Arizona wherein we can only hope he has the goods to reveal the fraud that is the man called Barack Obama.

Our beloved nation finds itself, on the eve of the 236th anniversary of its founding, in the grip of a lawless, inelgibile President, his corrupt Administration,a financial crisis, a listless economy, an unemployment rate of 16% in real terms, a Department of Justice that breaks the law with impunity, a Department of Homeland Security which refuses to protect the border of one particular State,and under the now legitimized Obamacare, which will ruin the finest healthcare system in the world.

We have been made serfs and subjects and failed utterly by all three branches of our government—Legislative, Executive and Judicial.

We labor under an illusion that we are free men and women, with unalienable rights given to us by God.

Now, more than ever, we must seek the help of the Divine Power to intercede and once again bestow the mantle of freedom to our nation. A long line of heroes who loved liberty more than life look upon us—they know this is our turn to preserve or to lose freedom.

They already did their part—we must do ours.

As we go into July, 2012, may God bless the United States of America.

Well, we are now three weeks into July, 2012.

Event # 2 happened on July 17, 2012. Sheriff Arpaio and Mike Zullo demonstrated that the birth certificate presented to the American people by President Obama is a forgery, even by the markings on the birth certificate itself. Events # 1 and # 3 have occurred and have been described i n previous posts.

As expected, the mainstream media has ignored the story. So has Congress, which is more concerned with going on a one month vacation than determining who Barack Obama really is.

But now all three events slated for June have taken place.

All three have contributed in making the election of 2012 the most important election in America since 1860,and to a lesser extent, in my opinion, 1980.

What has not changed is the need for all of us who love this land to continue to pray for America, that God would be merciful and not extend His hand against us for our many sins.

May free men and women throw off the chains of Obamaism on November 6th, and thus spare their posterity the chains of slavery in the future.

Update—December 5, 2012:

Even the last of the hopes we had for America were dashed on November 6th, Obama was re-elected by over 3 million votes, stunning all of on the Right.

We lost seats in the Senate, too.

We held the House, but that is scant comfort with Boehner at the helm. It is doubtful he will fight much.Obama already has him on the verge of tears, crying “Uncle!”

Well, it was not for lack of trying, or fighting, or praying.

God evidently has another plan for us, and part of it has to do with getting the government we deserve as a nation that has turned away from Him.

Our future could have been so different—but that is now lost forever. A darker future, fraught with uncertainty, is now ours, and we best be about preparing for it—whatever it may be.

May God bless America—still. And May He watch over all of us in the days ahead. These are indeed the times that try men’s souls.

Another 5 months have passed since the last update in early December, 2012—it is now May 3, 2013. I re-read this article and this thread, and my heart is heavy with thoughts of what might have been.

Since December, we have seen our Congress, our President and Vice President, and various Governors and State Legislatures try to unconstitutionally restrict the Second Amendment.

Economic storm clouds continue to gather on the horizon, reaching up into the upper atmosphere. Obamacare is cutting a swath through jobs and businesses, cutting them down like a McCormick reaper.

Gay marriage is making inroads in Democrat enclaves.

The country is slowly waking up to the scandal that is Benghazi.

The conscience of America has been seared by abortion, and is being confronted by the Gosnell trial.

Obama continues to appoint the most radical, anti-American zealots to his Cabinet and to high positions.

The Senate, barely stopped in its unconstitutional gun grab, now wants to give citizenship to 30 million illegals—a move which will forever alter the country, over the will of the people.

Like Gulliver, we strain against the ropes of the Democrat Lilliputians, who have captured America and brought her low.

It hardly feels like our country anymore. How could we have been so foolish to give away our birthright of liberty and freedom to such charlatans?

Our country needs those who would stand in the gap and ask God to be merciful to us once again.

Pray. Hard.

And may God hear, and relent of His sure and just judgment against our once great land.

Today is September 25, 2013.

16 months have passed since this article was written. Reading the responses is a reminder of what we ahve seen unfold, and the direction in which we are headed as a nation.

The increasingly lawless of the Obama regime assaults our senses every day, being more and more out of control.

A vietnam era traitor is now our Secretary of State, signing away our 2nd Amednment rights should the Senate agree.

But there are bright spots.

Folks like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and others trying to get the GOP to be the opposition party they were voted in to be is a wonder to behold.

The House actually voted to defund Obabacare.

The year 2014 is looming as the final firewall for this great land.

If the Democrats prevail, the great experiment in liberty known as America will become history, and a drak age will descend upon us.

Will the people wake up and understand the time they live in? Will they stand for freebies or for freedom? Will they overturn 236 years of sacrifice to keep people here and around the globe free for worthless scraps of paper?

It is a time for choosing.

Today is June 22, 2014.

The Benghazi scandal is still with us.

The IRS scandal gets worse and worse but no one is held to account.

The President traded five Taliban commanders for Army deserter, and staged a White House Rose Garden announcement, wherein said deserter’s father gave praise to Allah in Arabic. How diverse.

The Southern border is a disaster, with the Obama Administration allowing so-called “unaccompanied minors” in without any lawful handling, and then transhipping them across the country.

Obama continues to issue executive orders like a king drunk on power. Why not—no one in Congress seems to have the courage to stop him.

And this coming last week of June, 2014 will probably see the Supreme Court, in a flurry of last minute decisions, continue to wreak havoc on our traditions, laws and heritage. Maybe John Roberts will then go on vacation to Malta like he did after the Obamacare debacle two years ago.

Has our land ever been in such mortal danger?

Throughout our history we have faced foes from without, both large and small. and prevailed. We even survived a horrific civil war.

But how can we survive the traitors within?

That remains to be seen, and will be a test of our resolve and our service to our posterity, as others before have done.

This is posted only to document the despair I feel fr my country at this hour. I pray that God will not remove His hand of protection from us.

Well, my historical self, today is June 26, 2015.

As I reread this thread, it was evident that I could not foresee the depths to which my beloved nation would sink under the weight of tyranny.

If I thought things were bad at the end of June, 2012, well, they are infinitely worse at the end of June, 2015.

The Supreme Court has once again invented rights and rewritten law out of thin air, even dissolving the very definition of marriage, a construct instituted by God Himself, upheld by Jesus Christ when He was here on Earth, and which has withstood all manner of kings, emperors, and tyrants to become universally understood to be a covenant between one man and one woman for over 5,000 years.

That is, until today.

In a land founded on Biblical principles by men who believed the Holy Scriptures, or at least, in a Divine Providence, the eternal definition has been overturned by fiat by five un-elected masters in black robes.

It remains to be seen what will happen next. The Supreme Court rulings of today and yesterday on Obamacare and gay marriage, in which the Supreme Court created law where none before existed, has put this nation on a collision course with itself.

The entire traditional concepts of religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of association—all will now be assaulted by Leftists to make everyone forcibly agree to their world vision.

Who will stand up against this tide of evil?

The whole of Ezekiel Chapter 22 comes to mind, especially verses 30 and 31 at the end:

30 “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one. 31 So I will pour out my wrath on them and consume them with my fiery anger, bringing down on their own heads all they have done, declares the Sovereign Lord.”

If God would not spare the judgment against His own people, how could America think it will escape His wrath?

There is no question that things are about get very ugly.

I have lived over six decades in peace and freedom, without want or fear, in America.What a gift I was given!

The promise of liberty, of rights endowed by my Creator and not allowed me by any government, the right to pursue the life ordained for me by Almighty God—for these things I must now contend.

I cannot deny my Lord, or His word, no matter the cost.

As Martin Luther said “Here I stand, I can do no other,so help me God, amen.”

May we be found standing in the gap for our Lord, for our families, for America and for liberty and justice.

And may God be pleased to show us mercy instead of judgment.

There was a time I thought we could right the ship of state.

Now,after last week and the disastrous and unlawful Supreme Court decisions, I am looking for the lifejacket.

I no longer have hope in the GOP.

I have hope in Americans, but I now realize that any trajectory back to greatness will be filled with pain, heartache and sacrifice on a very large scale.

A pox on all those in DC who betrayed us for their thirty pieces of silver.

I look around, and like Ezekiel relates God saying, I found no man willing to stand in the gap for the nation, to rebuild the wall.

It is very difficult to watch what is happening.
