Rather like the headline reporter who was requested by his editor to write a descriptive headline to draw attention to the story about an insane man who escaped from the asylum and raped a young woman.
The reporter speedily came up with:

Both the perp and the dismembered corpse are still on the loose. Two packages so far have been discovered sent to the Conservative Party of Canada headquarters (a foot) and one to the Liberal Party (a hand) that was intercepted at a post office. What remains that were found at the murder scene doesn’t add up to a whole body so other parts may be in the mail as well. Either that or he ate them. He also wrote something on the net about how to completely disappear and change your id. I think he is now field testing his theories.
