When the Washington Post revealed recently Mitt Romney's past as a cruel boarding-school tyrant, conservatives cried foul. Where were the stories about Barack Obama's days as the entitled son of a governor? What was the media hiding?
Finally, David Maraniss, in his upcoming Obama biography, Barack Obama: The Story, has found the dark truth of Obama's past. It turns out that Obama was a bully as well — someone who threw his weight around and terrorized even those closest to him.
Barry also had a knack for interceptions. When a joint was making the rounds, he often elbowed his way in, out of turn, shouted "Intercepted!," and took an extra hit. No one seemed to mind.
Did they not mind because they had all smoked themselves into a blissful stupor, or did they not mind because they were terrified of Barry?

I learned the best strategy to keep the drug people from pestering you as they kept insisting on passing you the joint with their pleadings for you to smoke, was to quit arguing and just eat the joint, pretty soon they learned to leave you out of their need to spread drug usage.

Now that is reverse peer pressure if I’ve ever heard of it.
Trouble is, the really good stuff is smoked out of a pipe, don’t want to foul the flavor with nasty paper, so that makes it a bit harder to chow down on it.

I remember when it was all joints, pipes were only for hash and Opium, needles for speed, and Black Mollies were the real deal, and you could still get LSD-25 and Orange Sunshine.
I even remember $2.00 match boxes, and the couple of short lived times that the seemingly eternal $10.00 per ounce price dropped to $6.00 per ounce.
And joints made of a full newspaper sheet, roughly 26” long, and 2” in diameter, for concerts, I never ate one of those.
Those were made from the rough stuff leftovers from pounds.
