Turn your brain on.

It's called "holding them to their own standard". You know perfectly well what would happen to Senator Lisa Murkowski if she (for example) were to accidentally say "nigger". She'd be pilloried, assaulted, hounded from office ... all for offending the perpetually offended ...

Like, for example ...

Perpetually Offended Councilman Marion "you're all racists" Barry.

I think it's absolutely hilarious that Ol' Crackpipe Barry can't seem to help making racially derogatory comments ... including using racially derogatory words ... and he's being held (sort of) accountable for it.

Careful... The MEDIA is reporting that Barry’s words are somehow offensive to Polish people.

Please do not get tricked up by this, and think that Polish people are somehow all worked up by the crackhead’s comments.

(That being said, I did hear on the radio one D.C.-based Polish “spokeswoman” declare how awful it was that Barry used the term Pollack. )

Must be lefty Pollacks - us conservative Pollacks ain't so thin skinned. When growing up, and Polish jokes were the rage, I had the biggest repretoir of anyone I knew. How many Pollacks does it take to screw in a lightbulb - three, one to hold the bulb and two to turn the ladder.

What did the Pollack say when picking up a dime - I thought my relatives had married all these off; a ten-cent piece...

One thing my Father taught me was that if you couldn't laugh at yourself, you were severely lacking in life skills and were likely to be humorless and bitter (kind of like Dims). In fact, he was willing to laugh at anyone until they developed the habit for themselves - some never did, but no great loss...

I’v had a few polish friends in my life and they never were offended if I called them a Polack. I’m sure Marion calling them Polacks was in a derogatory way. I very much resent you calling all the people of Poland a “country full of weaklings”.They are not. Just like the United States, the Polish people as a whole don’t agree with what their politicians do.

Weaklings? I think NOT. The Polish people are among the strongest in the world, given the hell they’ve endured. I say this because of history, and not because I’m 100% Polish. All eight of my great grandparents were born in Poland. My father, is one of the biggest Polish joke tellers out there, but was raised before political correctness.

Maybe Democrats and blacks should start living by the rules they set forth.
