There was a time when Senators believed president's should have the nominees they chose. If Hatch has a fault its that he served during the 40 years of the filibuster-proof, Democrat-controlled Congress when Republicans had no power and lost every fight. Those old timers still think presidents should have their choices.

All the more reason to get that dead wood outta there.

You'd have more credibility if you didn't support such a HUGE loon for President (snort).

Tom Hoefling is a God fearing, America loving, Christian patriot and you ought to know better. So who are YOU supporting Deb?

Originally I was supporting Haley Barbour, but he dropped out and then I was for Bachman, Perry, Newt and finally, reluctantly, Mitt.

Please don't drag Tom over. I'm dealing with enough of FR's insanity today. He shows no sign of any of attributes you claim for him.

Joe Miller, Christine O'Donnell, Doug Hoffman, Sharron Angle are all examples of conservatives biting off more than they could chew. And they weren't running for POTUS. EV is a FReeper and I'm sure a good man. But C'Mon Man! POTUS?! Are you nuts?!

I mean, that would be as crazy as endorsing Allen Keyes for POTUS ... oh, wait ...
