Breakdown or Breakthrough? Iran Nuclear Talks Hit a Snag
Time ^

Nobody was expecting a breakthrough at Wednesday's nuclear talks in Baghdad, but most weren't expecting a breakdown, either.

Indeed, predictions were that Iran and the P5+1 (the U.S., Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China) would engage on more detailed proposals for concrete, reciprocal confidence building measures, and then adjourn by day's end having scheduled a new round of talks in a few weeks. But in what may be an exercise in brinkmanship, or a sign of an impending crisis, Iranian officials balked at the offer from the Western powers. "The points of agreement are not yet sufficient for another round," an anonymous Iranian official at the talks told AFP.

This is all so much pure-i-ti-fied booshit !!

There IS some one called evil and the world is preparing for his coronation.

No man knows when, but we are not completely ignorant.

Every talk, every treaty, every law, every compromise and every et cetera is designed to do one thing only ... placate the masses, keep them confused and keep the eschatologically aware Christian from having a valid voice in politics and world affairs.

Apparently the lessons of the much bally-hoo'd "Six Party Talks" with North Korea failed to take, as the NorK's nuclear program continues unabated, missile tests go forward, and if those 'talks' are to be part of the legacy of GWB, then it is nothing but a great big "PFFFFFFT".

Ditto for "talks" with those little Persian pricks, they have no intention of negotiating a damn thing, they're looking to buy as much time as possible to complete their nuclear weaponization, and then?

Look for them to lob a nuke on Tel Aviv, to which these institutional diplomatic appeasers will cluck their tongues and say "ohh how AWFUL, let's get a resolution from the U.N. condemning this action!".

I lay the responsibility for this screwed up situation right at the feet of George W. Bush, who prattled on about that "Axis of Evil", you know, Iraq, Iran and North Korea but once he got rid of Saddam, he lost his balls and any enthusiasm for going after the rest of that "Axis", which leads me to conclude as many suggested, that his personal jihad against Saddam was a personal thing, why?

Because Saddam had planned an assassination attempt on Poppy RINO in Kuwait, many years before.

Thanks Jorge, thanks for nothin'.

Gosh, who couldn’t have seen that coming, right Obama.
Guess he didn’t offer enough concessions.
Should have bombed them last year and it would have
been old news by now.

If you can’t tell the difference between the mad mullahs running Iran and their nuclear ambitions, and the stable democracy of a nuclear India, you need to find your nearest neighborhood asylum and check yourself in.

Do it tonight.

Notice they are too ashamed even to attribute this drivel to "experts" anymore. Now it's just vague anonymous "predictions..."

Indeed. After taking the Rhineland Hitler perceived accurately that the post WWI West was emotionally depleted and would have no stomach for renewed conflict. He knew better than anyone the meaning of "peace at any price" to the western democracies, and took full advantage in the East.

Iran likewise accurately perceives the West, bankrupt and depleted after ten years of costly futility in Iraq and Afghani, as having no intention of going to war against Iran. They know that it is merely a matter of time, waiting out the buffoons of the Obama regime, while europe in the meantime self destructs economically.
