In a rare show of bipartisanship, Sen. Marco Rubio teamed up with a couple of Democratic colleagues to propose a bill on Tuesday to help startup businesses and immigrant entrepreneurs create jobs.
The bill would cut taxes and ease regulations. Its most controversial provision would provide visas for high-skilled immigrants to remain in the U.S.
It builds on an earlier bill Rubio, a Florida Republican, introduced with Democratic Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware.

I only said my concerns were somewhat alleviated. I thought based on the headline that he wanted to give direct subsidies to immigrants to help them get jobs. That is not the case.

Even Canada has that provision. The last I looked, they want immigrants to have $10,000 cash.

Currently 53% of recent college grads (over the last 5 years) are UNEMPLOYED, and 47% of them are marginally employed outside their fields or in part time jobs.
Seriously, can Rubio keep these ideas under his hat until the more pressing problems are dealt with ~ FOR AMERICANS!
