I can grasp a little of your happiness, because my Mom was first a foster child, then adopted. My Grandma and Grandpa Sturm were loving and godly, and brought my Mom up to be fit and very willing to be the lifelong helpmate of a young pastor-in-training, and a God-honoring mother. That means Grandma and Grandpa adopted me too, and saw that I got a good Mom amd Dad.!
"As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man, so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them ..." Ps. 127:4,5a
Our God does the planning when we all follow him!
"Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD, that walketh in His ways." Ps. 128:1

I'm very familar with that verse and indeed I'm happy with a full quiver of 4 adult children, 13 grand children and one more on the way and 4 great grand children and now 2 more minor children.
My quiver runneth over.
