Treyvon was absolutely violating the communities rules and laws.
Treyvon was on private property when he was shot. The sign at the gate informed all who entered that they were on private property. The rules of conduct for guests in good standing in that gated community’s private property clearly stated that any guest wandering around within the confines of the gated community, as a condition of entry onto that private property, would submit to being questioned as to the nature of their visit and who they were visiting and would cooperate with that person.
